					<description>Very well presented. I offer my clients both solutions; templates and design, after we've decided on content and growth needs. A low budget may require the template route - nothing wrong with that, but design and customization may be critical dependent on client business needs. Let's just say a two bedroom ranch will prove a might problematic for a couple with six kids, regardless of it's charm. Thanks for the good post here. Best regards,
