Though, I would add something. If the artist is going to purchase their own domain name they should contract a professional web designer to build out the site. There is nothing worse than stumbling through some poorly designed site trying to find what you want. People are not patient on the internet and will leave your site if they do not find what they are looking for quickly. Alternatively, if the artist does not have the budget to build their own site, they should find a service that has good tools for getting their information on the internet.
