Template Monster gives out religious templates for free. Not everyone can get a template for free but religious organizations only. To get the template you just need to fill in the form. You won’t get the template automatically. You will be sent an agreement and only after signing it up you get the template.

I think that the best way to obtain a muslim template is to contact Template Monster directly as I do not produce templates…
