Basic Templates announced that they’ve stopped with “discount vouchers” offered for many years to their clients as a special bonus.

It created a huge shockwave among their clients as the message was not clearly stated. That’s why Basic Templates came up with the detailed explanations on this. Nothing has changed with their activity except that they do not offer discount vouchers any more…

It’s not a secret that there are lots of websites which offer different software which is supposed to be purchased for free. Website templates are rather popular with such sites.

Template Monster has a special department which is supposed to deal with such issues… Lots of people are to help Piracy department on this as it’s not an easy task to detect warez sites. Template Monster considers reporting about warez sites as help only and offers no reward for such help though not everybody agrees on this.

Template Monster added a couple of RSS channels to its web site. One is for New Templates Report and another one is for Press Releases.

I use Feedreader 2.7. Both of the channels work fine under it.

Template Monster launched its official blog yesterday. The design is pretty nice as for corporate blog.

They use Word Press there as well and promised to release 5 themes (Word Press) for free download soon.

Template Monster gives out religious templates for free. Not everyone can get a template for free but religious organizations only. To get the template you just need to fill in the form. You won’t get the template automatically. You will be sent an agreement and only after signing it up you get the template.
